The staff is very friendly. My massage therapist offered me a chest block without me even asking, I actually didn’t even know this was an option. The chest block made my massage experience 10x better, and she was fantastic releasing the knots in my upper back.

Good massage and attentive to specific areas as requested and polite. Will def return Ballantyne is my fav location to date. Southpark doesn’t answer their phone and Lancaster massages were just ok.

Love seeing Afton for facial. However, massage appointments are hard to get.

I've always found value in self care, more so as I've grown older. I have not had a 'bad' experience at Hand and Stone. I have been greeted kindly and professionally. Time slots available aren't always my preferred, but we make it work.
