My massage therapist Mely is excellent. She is the reason I've continued my membership. Also the manager, Natalie is very friendly and helpful.

Therapist was very friendly. He listened to the areas I wanted additional focus on and spent a lot of time there. He also showed me where the emergency button was.

Therapist always begins the service with checking in with how I'm feeling. She ensures that the space is comfortable. You can tell she really loves helping others relax.

It was an overall needed appointment. Everything met my expectations & I would rate the massage therapist at 150%

My only comment is how difficult it is to get appointments quickly. I have to book so far out in advance which makes it hard.

The receptionist was engaging and friendly. My therapist is always excellent, and I like that I can depend on him to address my concerns and help me feel great by the time my session is complete.
