Hand and Stone

The staff are always professional and, with a very few exceptions, I have always come out feeling more relaxed and my aches and pains taken care of.

People are friendly and welcoming. My only complaint is it always seems to take a little longer than it should to check in or out.... and having to wait to check out makes the relaxation of the massage just a little less. Jeanette is my massage person and she is beyond excellent. asking prior to the appointment if I wanted to book a new one, and stating, "if you don't need to add a gratuity (I give cash directly to the massage person) you don't need to see me again to check out" would make the visit all 5s

I have shared this before, but Mikey Black is OUTSTANDING. He is my one and only go to person at Hand & Stone. He's a master of what he does and very committed to giving a great massage and engaging with me to focus on areas needing additional attention. I'm booked with Mikey through the end of this year and will continue to be in the future.

The staff was friendly as usual. Daiya is an awesome therapist, the best I’ve had at Hand & Stone. Everything was great. You’ve even fixed the tissue holder in your restroom. That was nice to see, especially because I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to juggle the paper.
