Hand and Stone

I wasn’t highly satisfied, I was highly unsatisfied. The therapist used one hand for half the massage. Didn’t even touch my problem areas I asked to address. Give me a dry towel at the end instead of a hot wet one. I had to take the towel and wet it with cold tap water from the sink. I am really offended that I actually had to use a package for this time. I would not call it a massage. I actually had to book another massage the next day to address my issues. I would definitely prefer a manager to call me at (704) 604-9113. I have been a member for over 7 years and not once had an issues but I think this is something that must be addressed.

The ambiance was relaxing.The use of hot stones helped my body feel more relaxed. The attention paid to each area was excellent.

My massage therapist did a great job addressing my problem areas. She also suggested using my points for hot stones, which I did. She also ran on schedule.

My last visit at Hand and Stone was amazing. Lois, my massage therapist, did an absolutely wonderful job. I left saying that may have been the best massage I have ever gotten. Excited I have found her and I hope to schedule with her again.

Mikey Black is the absolute best at what he does. He is very knowledgeable. He is very attentive to areas you ask him to focus on. He is why I keep coming back.

I have been a member at Hand and Stone for several years. I always book the ninety minute massage sessions so I’m paying extra for the additional 30 minutes. While the massages are great, I notice that my sessions often end early giving me 70 minutes of actual massage time versus the 80 I paid for. This has happened with other massage therapists too and I think it is because they don’t have enough rest time in between appointments. If this happened just once in a while it may be okay, but this seems to be very consistent which takes away from the value of your service - your customer is not getting what they paid for.

Daya provides an EXCELLENT massage. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and competent.
