From the moment I scheduled my appointment with John to the greeting by Emma to the completion of my services with Cynthia and Damaris, I felt like a queen. The staff was incredibly professional, friendly, funny, and well-skilled. I am quite impressed with the team of experts you have assembled in this branch of Hand and Stone. I have been a member for a long time and even my home branch in flourtown, PA does not provide the kind of service that I received at the branch in Ahwatukee, Arizona. PLEASE PLEASE express my sincere gratitude to the entire staff for making my visit with my daughter (who lives in NYC) simply unparalleled in any other branch.

My therapist Tina listened to my target area and concentrated exactly there. She is the best.

I love Grace. I've been coming to her for years. I also appreciate the front desk staff. They are always very professional and make you feel welcome. The staff that calls you to remind you of your appointments is also very professional. I travel over 10 miles one way to come to this location and have been doing so for well over 10 years.

The massage was a delightful experience. The site was very lovely and serene. The receptionist was extremely welcoming and helpful. The masseuse was excellent -- skilled, thorough, patient, very warm and kind, and extremely well-versed in her field. Unfortunately I live in a different part of the valley far from the Hand and Stone site. This makes it unlikely that I will make a return visit. But I will recommend the spa and the masseuse to all my friends in the whole valley area.

Grace is a master. Grace is a calm and loving person and she knows just what few questions to ask so she can give me the perfect experience. Grace listens and has all of the technical knowledge, training and experience to deliver a solid 10 experience each and every time. Check my records and you’ll see I only see Grace. She is the reason I return and have been happy to pay the significantly increased prices.

Lupe is fantastic!!! She is extremely knowledgeable and utilizes perfect amount of pressure on my trouble areas.

Brenda is a gifted massage therapist. She is very knowledgeable about what works best to treat pain,discomfort and stress areas in your body. I am extremely pleased with all the many massages she has given me. Brenda is outstanding!!
