The receptionist is always very welcoming and friendly upon arrival. Cynthia is an amazing massage therapist. She always does an amazing job!

Both receptionists friendly & knowledgeable. Found interesting a safe button was available. Loved the music but a little too loud that day.

Brenda is an outstanding therapist. The front staff is very accommodating and friendly. And I always have good luck in getting my appointments and they’re always on time.

Friendly checkout. Aesthetician extremely knowledgeable. Was able I provide product samples to see how they worked with my skin.

For me Cynthia is Hand and Stone. I come to this store because of the quality of service received from Cynthia. I’ve had others that had fallen asleep during the massage and were not into it and (or) inexperienced. Cynthia is adamant about making sure that I leave relaxed. Cynthia is a master of her craft.
