Everyone is always so pleasant!

I will be 84 tomorrow and this all started for me as a gift...how lucky I feel enjoying it all.

I really appreciated the support and care I received from the moment I got into the business. She helped me with forms and made me super comfortable. Once my massage therapist came she was so kind and got straight to the point. She also made me feel very comfortable and did her best to reach my needs. I got what I wanted from my session and I can’t wait to go back. I’m hopping the rooms can get some kind of make over in the future which will make my experience even better.

I almost left hand and stone. I actually went elsewhere to a private therapist for past three months. The previous management was oppressive dismissive not friendly and inflexible. When I arrived for this appointment, the atmosphere had completely changed. I actually asked if there was new management and YES. I am so happy I will be returning often now that management has changed. Mya was so smiley and happy and personable! I tried the new compression cups too. Marvelous!

Brenda is very skilled and personable. My visits with other massage therapists have been positive as well. The front desk staff is friendly and always attempt to be helpful.

Nicole is great and primary reason I have kept my membership so long. The chairs in reception area are horrible and uncomfortable. The massive increase in products tells me there will be a sales pitch on products, I hate that. I can’t remember the last time I had a robe for my service not just a towel. Lastly I’m a member, what is with all the forms every time I come in, it’s ridiculous.

Nicole is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I trust her completely! In fact, the outbreak that I was having has already started improving! Also, Jordan and the other working last night provided an excellent customer service experience. This is important to me, as I’m big on great customer service!

Massage was great. Paula was very knowledgeable and adressed my specific needs.

The esthetician was very knowledgeable and did a great job. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The product I purchased was explained to me very thoroughly.
