Hand and Stone

I see Brenda monthly and I usually have a specific area I need her to focus on and she does with her without hot stone my massage with Brenda’s always perfection and very relaxing are usually asleep at some point. It definitely makes me feel like I’m giving myself a spa day!

I really like the Ahwatukee location. Enndi is a great therapist who really communicates well with you problem areas not only regarding pressure but also in progress in those areas from last visit. My only complaint is all the forms o have to complete when I go in. I get the Covid ones but I’m there every week or two.

I had a 2 hour massage session and we used CBD oil - Grace was right - the oil helped my muscles cooperate with the pressure applied where I was able to relax rather than tense up - it was extra expense WELL worth it! Grace is unbelievably talented - I don't know what my back would be without her help!
