Tina is fantastic. She finds and addresses all the areas where I carry my stress and relieves my muscle tension. I am grateful to be back to having routine massages because I can certainly tell a difference from when I did not have regular massages during the peak of covid infections.

My massage therapist Cynthia was extremely knowledgeable about what was causing my pain. She knew what to do the relieve the pain through massage. She gave also gave instructions on what to do at home in order to help keep the pain under control. She was excellent.

Massage was great all needs met and I was able to relax; music was soothing and calming- the warm towels on the back was a huge plus. ambiance and facility very clean. Bathrooms were clean and water offered afterwards to make sure I was hydrated.
