My therapist was great however I have been coming for deep tissue massages since I started years ago and this time I was charged an unexpected $10 dollars for deep tissue. No one explained that when I made the appointment that things had changed. Very disappointed with increased prices.. especially during Covid

The facility is maintains practices to mitigate the risk of transmission of covid 19. All employees and clients were fully masked at all time. My massage therapist is fantastic. She localized the areas of tension and is able to relax those muscles. I haven’t had a massage in a year because of covid and I am so happy to be able to return to using my membership now that case numbers are dropping and I have been fully vaccinated. Regular massages makes such a difference in my stress and muscle tension

Great facial made me relax

I felt comfortable in the environment. The therapist was professional and provided the proper amount of pressure I requested. The atmosphere was calming and helped me relax.

My esthetician was so sweet and really listened to my concerns. She did an amazing job of providing a calm and peaceful space to allow me to relax during my appointment.

Love it as always

The only thing I ranked as highly satisfied was based on my aesthetician. She is the only reason I stay a member. She’s the absolute best! The service she provides is more than exceptional. She’s great to have conversation with. She makes you feel like you’re with your friend/family. She’s the entire experience.

The receptionist was efficient and friendly. Rice massage therapist asked about my needs and listened and asked relevant questions. The service itself was very relaxing and exactly what I needed.

The staff is very pleasant and easy to work with. I always enjoy my massage and feel relaxed afterwards. The heated table has been a nice addition to the services offered.
