I loved Lupe. She listened to me, and was able to do both deep tissue that I found exceptionally relaxing. She was very professional and talented.

I was not highly satisfied with my experience, I was highly dissatisfied. Aesthetician went over by 15 minutes. She focused on upselling me and even when I asked it the procedure would affect our time as I had a massage right after she lied and said it would not. She ended 15 minutes late and told me to wait in another room for my massage therapist who didn’t come in so I had to go to the lobby to tell them I was finished and the therapist came out and said he would only have a shorter time to do my session and there was not flexibility. Then I found out the aesthetician misquoted me the cost of her up sold service. The experience was horrible. The manager does not have compassion or empathy for the customers when their visit is negatively affected by lack of or poor procedures and factors out of the customers control

Grace is a fabulous massage therapist. I wish we didn't have to fill in the check boxes every time we checked in but otherwise it is always a good experience!

The front staff is always friendly and welcoming. My massage therapist Brenda is always amazing and very knowledgeable. I always feel renewed after she works on me. I always schedule with her and she understand my needs and gives advise on how to prevent those muscle aches, especially since im at a desk 6 days a week for 9 or more hours a day.

I love my therapist. She always makes my appointments worthwhile. This location is always well maintained and everyone is friendly.
