I have used this Hand and stone for several years and have always been very satisfied. I will continue to use their services.

My Hand And Stone massage is always consistently good. They always run on time,clean environment and always friendly! I have been going to Hand and Stone for 10 years and have had zero complaints.

The therapist was able to relieve some stressful areas in my back. I felt relaxed and happy when leaving. I will come back :)

Annie was an excellent massage therapist and very attentive. I was very thankful that it looked like this Hand and Stone hired more massage therapists to deal with the influx of people during this time. I have not been able to find other H&S's with availability and was very disheartened until I went back to Center Valley. Other H&S should learn what this store is doing and take notes. Thank you Hand and Stone Center Valley for doing your best for the customers during unprecedented times.

This massage therapist is very good at understanding my specific issues. She is always very popular and appointments are hard to get. She does not try to sell me anything other than what I have booked.

Good Morning! my therapist was very polite and considerate of my needs inquired about my problem areas and worked them very well! The pressure and warming the bed to perfection really appreciate his kindness. Nathan is an asset to your company always enjoy seeing him so thank you Nathan! I have never had any negative experience at your facility. Really enjoy my spa day! The receptionists are extremely friendly and efficient in checking me in. I have been coming to this location for years. I have always been pleased with the friendly staff and their knowledge of the various services and packages available always helps me. They take the time to ask me what I need and what works best for me.

Overall I was happy with my experience. I think the service provided was great. The only thing I didn’t like was the front desk staff was very pushy when selling their membership and I didn’t appreciate that. Not everyone is interested in a membership or subscription type platform and if people say no one time you shouldn’t ask them why they said no and keep pushing and trying to convince them.

Hannah was incredible! I loved her willingness to listen to my requests for focus areas. She checked in about pressure throughout the massage. She was not overly talkative but the right level of friendly and approachable. I felt like I was in a trance - that’s how great I felt. I also really appreciated the front desk staff member who helped me - he is always so kind and friendly.
