Exceptional service all around.

While I am highly satisfied with Hand & Stone. I would offer that I made my appointment online, then I received a phone call, email and several texts. When I call directly, they are friendly to the point of insincere. It could be toned down some.

Lisa was great. She took time to help me learn what I need to do in the future for my skin care routine

Lauren has remembered me from past appointments, has provided great insight into my skin issues along with ways to resolve and is all around a wonderful esthetician and human! Will only go to her from here on out.

Devon checked me in he called me by my first name when he saw me.He is always pleasant and courteous. Monica did an amazing job I absolutely love ❤️ coming here and only to her. She not only relieves my stress in my body but her kind words and her wisdom keeps me coming back!! I appreciate the Staff that I have always come in contact with for they are always professional and pleasant.

The staff was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. My masseuse was awesome and made me feel comfortable also.

My body was hurting. “Samanta” gave me a firm massage just like I requested. And “Amy” was super great. It was my first time waxing and she was really patient.

Ani, the therapist was excellent.My past experiences with massages have not always been positive but she helped me to relax and enjoy the experience. I would definitely choose her again as a therapist.

My therapist Elizabeth the best! She is very knowledgeable about what she is doing and continues to go to class to learn more. She is the reason I have a membership.
