Amy was friendly and approachable. She did not pressure me to upgrade or buy products (a real turn off) but she did let me know about options. Facial was very relaxed and my skin was brighter and clearer after the service.

Nathan is a wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable therapist I will recommend anyone to him and Hand and Stone!

Monica is very personable and professional. We often discuss activities and exercises along with nutrition issues. I always feel more more knowledgeable and feeling in good spirits. Next month, I am looking forward to my first facial after my usual message. Sounds interesting. 🙂

It was a gift. I felt welcomed. The staff made me feel comfortable for my first visit. They answered my questions and it was a lively experience.

At previous spas I've attended firm pressure was painful which is why I requested medium for my first Hand & Stone visit. I think medium ws a lattice on the light side so I'm not sure which to select for my next visit. Overall my first Hand & Stone visit was very satisfying.

I loved how clean and quiet the spa was. The staff was very friendly and informative of all services provided. I even joined as a monthly member because I enjoyed the salon that much.

I had severe lower back & neck pain and a sprained ankle. My back & neck felt wonderful and i was able to walk better after i left.
