A facial with Meghan is always amazing. I had a few discoloration marks from prior breakouts, and after my facial ~2 days later, those marks are practically gone! My skin is amazing when I go to her! Especially the brightening facial!

Every time I come in, every one up front is so nice and welcoming! I always go to Elizabeth for massages and Aimee for facials. They are worth every penny!

My pain points were addressed. Ample time spent on each area. Very relaxing atmosphere.

Elizabeth is very knowledgeable re: musculoskeletal areas and even suggested some exercise I can do at home to continue to ease my chronic back pain.

I have gotten massages in a variety of places, but have never had a massage like the ones Jessica provides. She works through all the knots I have. Afterwards I feel like my posture dramatically relaxes and improves.

Alyssa at the front desk is very friendly and welcoming. The location of the spa is convenient for me. I was impressed by how clean everything was.

The receptionist was very friendly and explained everything to me. My masseuse was kind and pleasant. She asked several times if her pressure was good and if there were any areas I would like her to spend more time on. It was a very nice experience. I decided to signup aa a member.

I have always prefer booking at Promenade as apposed to other Lehigh Valley HS locations. I like the therapist I booked my last 2 visits with. Margie is very knowledgeable and personable.

Very accommodating to get me scheduled and to set up my next massage. Very knowledgeable and welcoming at the front. Massage was very relaxing. Just what I needed!!
