It was great to be back! I used my accumulated points for a free massage (been trying to have this done since February) Satisfied with the massage, booked another appointment right away for the next one!

Monica was wonderful,she explained the new procedures very well. I felt relaxed after my massage!

The front desk is always so nice and pleasant. They were cleaning when I came and left. My therapist Bianca was AMAZING! She did a lot of work on my back which was much needed! The front desk girl with the blonde hair was so kind! Can’t wait to see Bianca again!

My therapist listened to my concerns and focused on my particular problem areas. He asked me several times if the pressure was appropriate. It was a very enjoyable experience.

I was hesitant to start my massage appointments back up during COVID, but the Hand & Stone is well managed, the communications were frequent and reassuring, and my therapist - Nathan - was very articulate about the precautions he was taking. I felt completely at ease, and very grateful for the excellent massage.
