Very clean, friendly and efficient service. I asked about the precautions needed for me the client and what precautions were being taking. Everything was exactly as I expected. Great job!

Did not receive first intake form and covid form by email. Resent. filled out form, saved form to new name. Attached to email. Forms was blank when received, it appears changes did not take. Filled out covid in person . As a returning patient intake not needed.... So why did I get it?

The riendliness of the staff was great. I left feeling relaxed and stress free.

This location is very welcoming and the reception and waiting area is bright and clean. My massage with Claire was wonderful as always. He listens and consistently gives the most relaxing massage with just the right amount of pressure. I've been going to him regularly for a couple of years and he somehow does something new each time. With the area just opening up during Covid-19, it is reassuring to see that Hand and Stone is adjusting their procedures to meet the need for increased safety.

My massage therapist was PERFECT! Perfect pressure AND he focused exactly where I asked.

My therapist, Monica, was excellent. She helped me with getting comfortable while wearing the masking during massage. Recommended preventative stretching to help with my aches in between massages. I felt relaxed and rejuvenated when I left.

My therapist is awesome. He really does an amazing job working out all my muscles.
