I have spoken to the manager, reception area staff, massage therapist, etc. over the past few months. Other businesses should follow their model.

Great service and Lori is great. I feel so good when I leave there.

My massage therapist provided excellent service. I was experiencing shoulder pain. She not only worked to alleviate the pain but offered suggestions for things I can do at home to help the pain. I was very impressed with her.

She was very good- feel so much better now! She was knowledgeable as well reminding me to hydrate and recommending other spa options should I wish to choose for next visit

The therapist was excellent and communicative. She asked questions about what I was looking for and then came up with a plan for the service that she made clear we could adjust as needed. I also tried the CBD oil on her recommendation and it was great!

I felt like it was clear that health and safety were a priority. I felt like my massage therapist was authentic when discussing our shared concerns about the virus and the uncomfortable but necessary changes to standard procedures. I appreciated how much of my experience felt exactly the same and helped me relax and restore my body after having a baby several months ago. Thanks Samara!

Great service as usual. Safety precautions taken very seriously.

After not being in for 3 months due to COVID, I was desperately needing a massage. Emily was AMAZING and found knots needing attention that I wasn't even aware of. She did focus on the problem areas that i identified but helped me so much overall. I do miss the blanket (versus the sheets), but I understand the changes are for safety for all.

The place was very clean and everyone is always so friendly and helpful!
