The staff is very friendly right out of the gate! They greet you with a smile and they know your name. Tanya D., my massage therapist is wonderful! She massages where I need and she makes sure I am relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

The receptionists were friendly and respectful. Though I waited awhile to check out, I didn’t mind because of her demeanor and respect.

Brendan was my therapist. I have been getting massages for over 10 years and have had many different therapist; he hands down is in my top 5 of massages I have ever received! Great therapist!!

Nathan, convenience location

The whole operation is smooth, the facilities are immaculate, and the staff are knowledgeable. The therapists are professional and courteous. The massage itself was great and worth the money. 10/10 would recommend. I just think the membership program could be explained better for newcomers. Your package doesn't begin until your bill date so you pay additionally for massages you receive before you are billed. That isn't explicit and the convoluted wording that staff are required to use doesn't help. Noone ever says that you cannot get a massage before your first bill date, they just say that you will still receive member pricing for massages on top of your package.
