My previous visit with the receptionist was a disaster. When I checked out she told me that I did not have any packages left in my account. I asked why I was not told when I checked in. I had to pay for the actual visit plus the extras that I was do. I asked her if I could renew and this visit would have been part of my new packages and I was told NO! I paid and left the premises and I vowed I was going to look elsewhere. Since I love Bella I stopped in and spoke to another receptionist and I explained the situation. Ultimately I had 6 packages left in gifts! Since I love Bella, I joined the monthly membership program instead of prepaying the 6 months. I do love this location and the staff has been on point except for this one receptionist!

Brandon is always great. He is friendly and gives the best peppermint scalp massages.

We have used the services at this location many times. We have always enjoyed our visits and look forward to many more. Well done everyone!

Everything went smoothly and therapist was thorough

I enjoyed how friendly my esthetician was and how she kept my want for a quiet service and kept it professional. She was very good during the entire service and i would love to schedule with her again!

Nathan is the best massage therapist! He is very professional, he listens to my needs and focuses my massage on my trouble areas. He asks for feed back during the massage to ensure I am comfortable.
