Hand and Stone

I love Hand and Stone... Everyone there is so friendly and make u feel relaxed... My favorite therapists are Rachael, Jim, Shannon, and Brendan...

Relaxing. Jim is a great, balanced therapist.

My therapist gave me the full 50 minute massage. Other times I have come, I didn’t feel as though I had my time that I should have had. And she really made my back feel a lot better.

I was very satisfied with Rachel. She did an excellent job with my lower back pain. I had been a monthly member at another site, and was under the impression that I could still use these services. The front desk had some difficulty "finding me" and then they called the other site to "release" a package. I would have been very upset had I not been able to use a massage that I had paid for. I was never told that I would have to use them in "90 days" like the manager stated.

It was my first time with Nathan and he was excellent. He focused on my painful areas and helped release some of that tension. I'll be requesting him next time I book!

The overall experience was enjoyable. My esthetician took her time and my needs were met. I will be scheduling with her again.
