I was so relaxed that I almost feel asleep. The therapist confirmed my comfort level numerous times with the pressure she was using and the volume of the music. The therapist carried on friendly conversation.

Even though the therapist was running 15 minutes late, she gave me an EXTRA 15 minutes which I very much appreciated.

My therapist Monica always makes me feel welcome; she consistently asks me what I want / need as well specific areas to focus on during visit. Monica recommended the Himalayan hot stone massage; the combination of the massage technique and heat really helps relax and soothe trouble spots! I look forward to my monthly visits to the spa; I know I’m in good hands with Monica.
