Hannah was lovely and it was a wonderful facial.

Megan is extremely efficient and friendly. Front desk was friendly and personable. Environment was inviting.

Shannon was wonderful. The massage oil at one point felt like it was getting clumpy but overall it was a relaxing experience. The music could be improved. It became distracting with almost video game pinging which I mentioned to the massage therapist and she was great about it. I would highly recommend Shannon and plan to see her again.

The website is a disaster for booking. I only go to one spa For some reason the website diverted me to another site and I inadvertently booked my reservation at a different location than my main site. I REALLY WISH YOU WOULD UPGRADE YOUR ONLINE BOOKING to be competitive, you simply must. Irrespective of web explorer the site is slow, it does not function correctly all of the time, and it is ineffective. But, the staff at the center that I arrived at (without an appointment) were TERRIFIC They found me a spot, resolved the difference with the other site and rectified everything.

Rachel let me know I had an used package. So we used it to add the Himalayan massage, hand treatment and scalp massage. The entire massage was unbelievable. I was so relaxed. Last night I went to bed and had the best night of sleep I’ve had in a long time.

The reception people are very friendly and knowledgeable. The massage it self was amazing. The therapist does an outstanding job of recognizing areas that need more attention.

Service was excellent

Everyone at the center valley location is beyond friendly. The location is very clean and calming. I also enjoy how quickly you are taken in to begin your service.

I find the atmosphere of the room calming and tasteful. However, I continue to come back to hand and stone because of my therapist Nathan. He always is courteous, friendly and professional. He takes time to know what areas need more attention, and varies the massage to suit my needs! He is certainly an assset to your business!
