Lori is always friendly. I never have to wait long My only dissatisfaction us that I'm unable to book online because it wont show me availability more than 3 weeks out, yet my sister can book out months in advance.

I came in for a massage and a facial. My massage was amazing. I was the most relaxed I have been in a long time. The facial left my skin feeling oily and patchy.

The therapist and staff are great. I have been Rachael’s client for over a year. She listens to any or all of my input. I have not asked her to apply more pressure because I am probably overly cautious at age 72. I plan to in future.
