My ethstetician Lauren was very friendly, knowledgeable and kind. She gave me an excellent facial and I was so relaxed! She gave me the option of explaining everything or letting me relax which I really appreciated. When I asked she let me know what she using on my skin and what it does. Because of her knowledge I made additional purchases at my check out.
