Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable! The massage and facial were FANTASTIC! I just love coming here and the little extras you do for the customer make me want to continue my membership. The bonus enhancement and the 5.00 off an enhancement are little things but they do go a long way!! I LOVE the fact that I saved enough points for a COMPLEMENTARY MASSAGE AND FACIAL!! That’s an amazing way to say thank you to your clients and one reason… one BIG REASON I stay in the membership.

The entire staff is always so friendly there. I enjoy my conversation with Selena, while she is giving me my facial. I always feel fantastic when I leave. I am always recommending Hand & Stone to all my friends.

without verbal discussion about back, tightness in lower back was sensed and emphasis was provided to help alleviate condition. Very good.
