Receptionist staff very welcoming; massage therapist was knowledgeable, helpful, and followed my requests.

I always have great massages from Brendan at this Hand and Stone location. The receptionists are always so nice, and I like to use these coupons with my member discount to get products. Also, I like the Christmas in July gift card specials!

The massage therapist were so good we purchased a monthly massage plan.

My facial was very good for rosacea. My esthetician knew what products and routines would help my skin. She recommended services but was never pushy about it. She was very nice !

Claire, the massage therapist, did a great job focusing on the areas I requested. My appointment for a couple's massage had been canceled due to a medical reason with the scheduled therapist. I understand people get sick, but it would have been nice to have had another therapist available so we could have kept our couples appointment instead of having to go individually on separate days. It's a 25 minute ride each way.
