The service supplied by the Center Valley location was absolutely wonderful. My esthetician (Bella) was very knowledgeable and helped me find products for my skin issues. I joined the Lifestyle Program while I was there and tried scheduling an appointment through the mobile website. I ran into a few issues. One recommendation would be to make it easier for members to schedule appointments in the mobile app. I didn't encounter any issues scheduling an appt through the website.

Amiee is aware of my concerns and explains the products/procedure. My skin always looks/feels amazing after my facial.

The only thing that I can say is services are a bit pricey overall, but I do love the Diamond Glow facial. I skip months, just to get the Diamond glow. The girls are all knowledgeable and professional. The last two times I had Cailee, and she is just wonderful. She has a very nice soothing touch, and my whole experience was calming and my skin feels fresh and renewed.

Cassandra is a wonderful massage therapist. She always ensures that the areas that need attention are addressed. The front desk staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

They explain all, give suggestions, and make you feel very comfortable. They are also knowledgeable.
