Hand and Stone

The location is great. The facility is up to date and spotless. The receptionists are extremely helpful and friendly. This location had one of the biggest rooms for massages in my experience with going to other locations.

The spa has a welcoming ambiance. Staff are knowledgeable and professional.

I like the efficiency of the check-in/out process and there are more than one person helping incoming customers. I think the membership fee is a good value. And your therapists so far have been stellar. I also appreciate that they can give an actual full body massage whereas many massage chains are too risk-averse to do an appropriate job.

I was appreciative of the fact that this Hand and Stone carries a waiting list and follows through calling clients. This is how I was able to book this appointment. I appreciate the therapists at this Hand and Stone who feel supported and encouraged by their management. This is not the case at other Hand and Stones, and it resonates through to the client. Biggest draw back is that wish there was more availability for booking but realize that all industries are having difficulty staffing and finding qualified tradespeople for their respective organizations. H&S Center Valley does the best with the situation.

Great massage

Everyone is very nice. I felt relaxed.

My massage therapist asked about what areas she should focus on and she did just that. She used the appropriate amount of pressure and asked part way through the massage whether her pressure was what I wanted. She was knowledgeable about the benefits of hot stones.

My massage started on time like they all have. During my Hot stone massage one of the stones broke and she quickly got a new one and continued on. She apologized many times for what happened even though it was not her fault. I think she did a great job with everything. I have been seeing Sameer (not sure on her spelling) for over a year now and always book her. She is great
