Receptionist was very friendly and treated me with value. The facility is always physically clean and always has a pleasant calming aroma. Even before getting the massage, I feel calm and starting to relax. The waterfall in the waiting area is a nice feature. Listening to the dripping water has a great calming atmosphere.
