I have been seeing Claire for the past several years. He knows my trouble spots and always addresses them. He is very knowledgeable and professional and over the year in knowing him, we have been able to share conversation about gardening and his son. He's a really good person and you are lucky to have him as part of your staff. I would be disappointed if i would have to change my masseuse! It takes time to find the right one who fits with your needs. I have been getting massages for easily 20 years and it was only because my former masseuse left the former spa that i visited, that i thought I would try Hand & Stone. I was lucky to find the right fit.
