Bela is an outstanding and friendly esthetician! She always uses just the right amount of pressure and I am always relaxed and glowing when I leave. The reception staff is very friendly and the waiting area is very relaxing and soothing for my spirit.

Aimee Fritz is the only reason I have stayed with you, even through Covid. I understand cost increases are necessary, but 59 to 79 was a jump when there not changes to entice us to remain members. Again Aimee is the only reason I’m still with Hand and Stone.

Everything and everyone was amazing!

After being in pain for 2 weeks, I decided to book a spur of the moment massage for some relief. Availability was limited for how soon I wanted an appointment, but luckily there was an opening within a week and a half of when I scheduled, that aligned with my needs. I was curious about a cranial-sacral add on because of having periodic tension headaches due to looking at a computer - I asked the receptionist when she called to confirm my appointment, but she told me to ask the massage therapist to explain it. It would’ve been nice to know ahead of time, but she gave me the option of taking off the add on price if, after talking with the massage therapist, I didn’t want the service. Not a big deal! I went ahead with the add on after discussing with the massage therapist so it worked out. She listened to my concerns and found tight areas in my back, shoulders and neck I wasn’t even aware of! Came out of the appointment feeling like jello - in the best way. After my appointment, I decided to join membership and the receptionist did a wonderful job explaining all the benefits. So excited to come back and reap the benefits of membership!
