I was very happy all the way through my visit . Lauren did an incredible job with my facial it was so relaxing and she was so professional. I did buy a three month package for $300 I have never received an email regarding that nor did the receptionist explain how the package worked. I did receive a receipt.

Lauren is Great… knowledgeable, great personality, makes a comfortable environment, thank you very much.

My massage therapist was amazing. All staff were very friendly. My only complaint (which is out of hand and stones hands, is the construction going on in the room or building next to it. It was distracting during my massage. But like I said, no one can control that.

The staff was so welcoming and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The therapist was skillful and kind. The room was clean and relaxing and smelled fantastic.

The therapist applied the right amount of pressure and targeted the areas I asked. I felt comfortable during my experience and relaxed. The receptionist was able to answer my questions and book another service later in the week.

Megan is awesome They forgot to charge me for something then called on phone and asked to charge to me card. Overall great experience I drive past another H&S to go to the Saucan Valley location. Best service!
