I have had the same therapist for the last 2 years and have been completely satisfied with my appointments. I was beyond sad to learn that he was leaving Hand and Stone. The receptionist was very helpful in rescheduling my appointments to accomodate a new therapist.

Always a pleasant experience. Staff always friendly and helpful. Wish there was more availability always book up so fast. Which is a good thing but stinks for wanting to try to get in last minute.

Ambiance was good and personnel very friendly and knowledgeable. Massage was very relaxing and I understand that some issues cannot be fixed.

I am completely over the moon with my membership. The staff makes me feel appreciated and known and the services are fantastic. I love it!!!
