The reception staff is always friendly and pleasant. The esthetician, Ariana, always remembers me and is so knowledgeable and friendly. Ariana is passionate about her career and provides a comfortable and relaxing experience.

I am highly satisfied with H & S mostly due to the massage therapist, Lori Drost. She is extremely skilled and knowledgeable.

Receptionists are always knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with scheduling and offerings. My masseuse Samara not only has magic hands but is great to chat with. It's like going to your hairstylist—only you're not screaming over the hairdryer. And she respects quiet time as well. Appreciate her care since I'm a runner, and yes, her firm reminder I need to stretch and hydrate is always welcomed.

Justin does a great job pin pointing the ache points. My body is very relaxed and feeling better when the massage is over.
