My esthetician was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the procedure. I felt so comfortable with her that I made an appointment for my daughter to receive services.

I have very sensitive skin and was worried about breakouts. Everything was explained to me which made me feel better. I walked out of Hand & Stone feeling confident with soft skin and I was very relaxed which doesn’t happen often.

Masseuse was string, took care of my knots while keeping me relaxed.

Attendants very friendly. The receptionist and anestician were very knowledgeable The store is in a great location

All personnel were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The facility was clean, the ambiance was comforting and relaxing. The Esthetician was excellent, she made me feel comfortable, pampered, did a great job on my skin and answered any questions I had regarding the treatments. I highly recommend Lauren.
