Clair is an excellent massage therapist. He helps one relax. He is knowledgeable and effectively helps me deal with pain. I am not as happy with the change in membership rewards and it seems more difficult to use them for add ons or services. I wanted to use them for a future service and I was told that they can't be applied in that manner. The old way was much more user friendly.

Hand and stone is always professional and courteous. I know that I’m gonna be relaxed and happy when I leave after an appointment. My facial was amazing and definitely will be scheduling another in the future.

Everyone was very friendly. You feel relaxed as soon as you walk through the door. Great atmosphere.

Therapist was very knowledgeable and explained the service well. Also made me feel very comfortable by explaining "cranio-sacral" therapy, since it was my first time.

I thought the waiting area was comfortable. Everyone working there was very nice. I also really liked the music.

The staff were friendly, caring, they smiled when they greeted me. They had peaceful and calming voices. Very relaxing atmosphere!

After my first facial I told friends and family it was a heavenly experience. That first time was actually a gift from my daughter, and I couldn’t thank her enough afterwards. As a member I go once a month, and always look forward to it- from the moment I walk inside I feel welcome and relaxed. Such a lovely departure from the stresses of everyday life.
