Hyacinth is wonderful.

Over all I find the customer service to be exemplary. The massage therapists are genrally good to great, and the atmosphere pleasant. I also appreciate that I can make same day appointments, usually with no problem.

I'm a happy member, all of the therapists I have tried have been excellent, I have my favorite but am quite happy with the experience when he is not available

Willards is extremely knowledgeable and knows exactly which muscles need more focus overall to relieve my stiffness. The receptionists and other staff have always been friendly and each visit to Hand and Stone makes my day brighter.

Willars is a great massage therapist, highly skilled, and very intuitive as to the right amount of pressure to apply. He doesn't chat, and I always leave the spa feeling like a new person!
