I was satisfied with my hand and stone experience. The only real issue I experienced was when I showed up two weeks ago for an appointment I booked over the phone and there was no record of my appointment so I couldn’t be seen.

I requested a massage tailored to my needs. I specified less time massaging my back and more attention to my feet. I did get attention to my feet but had to speak up to get my toes included. My arms, hands, and fingers were nearly ignored.

The Masseuse was new to me. Very un personable . Way they moved my legs to massage and also wanted me to put arms in weird unnatural position to massage.

Therapist was new to me. Spent very little time on my requested low back and gluts, more on my shoulder area which I am still sore from. Did not care for the face massage at the end.

Due to the Covid pandemic I fell behind using my services. At some point you changed your policy and made deep tissues an "add-on" to the regular massage with a $15 upcharge. I understand raising the fees after your effective dates but the massages I acquired and paid for (prior to you raising fees) should not have been affected since those were purchased prior to your company raise in fees. We left several messages for a manager to call us and were never called back. Currently I "froze" my account so I can catch up my remaining services but will cancel my membership due to your team not acknowledging the unfairness of the situation.

I loved Carolina that gave me my facial. One of the best ever that I’ve received at Hand & Stone. The receptionist was just a ‘no’ girl. I wanted to use one of my membership credits toward additional services for myself and my son and she could not make that happen. She would allow me to do it but not my son. I ended up paying for extra service for both for both of us. She made me do it in two transactions too. She kept trying to get me to sign him up for his own service. He’s a college student that is already costing us an arm and a leg … I love to treat him once in a while. And … she kept calling it different things. Membership? Wellness plan or something like that. She stated that I am only going to be able to transfer 3 services to him and I’ve already used one. More pressure to get me to sign him up. I’ve never been charged $10 to let my son use one of my services and I have never heard that I can only transfer 3 to him. Overall the services themselves were perfect. Your receptionist was exhausting and un-did all of the great work and relaxation that Carolina provided me.

I am unfamiliar with the points system for rewards, I accumulate points but are unsure when to apply them and must rely on associate for help , would like a more independent option for members where I could apply them myself and see the breakdown of what is being applied
