The esthetician should wear a mask while working. Massage should be more holistic

I would prefer less talk during the massage, and no personal questions like“ how old are you“!

The massage therapist I use, Lourdes, is fantastic. She is the reason I have stayed with Hand and Stone during the first price increase. But now at $79 per month, my membership does not offer a good value for this service. i can go elsewhere for a lot less, and I am not required to pay this on a monthly basis.

I am highly satisfied with my experience. But this is the second time the monthly membership fee is increasing and it’s becoming very expensive.

I need and want a therapist to give me a strong massage. Your front office staff is very nice but when I ask for recommendations, I rarely get a therapist who gives a massage as much strength as I desire. When I do find a therapist, who is close, they end up not staying for long and I’m back in my search.

I did not like the piano music during my massage. It was too stimulating, not spa music in my opinion. I've been having massages for 50 + years. I told the receptionist after my massage, and she said it was a favorite with clients. They would not allow me to pay cash for my add on service. I used a gift card for my massage. Cash is legal tender still!! So I was able to leave a tip in cash but not get change or pay for my add on in cash. ABSURD! Critical Thinking PLEASE. Cash has nothing to do with Covid. Pure nonsense. You are buying into the Global Agenda of tracking and tracing everyone's purchases, by not allowing patrons to use cash. CBDC will destroy yours and every business they want to! My therapist was EXCELLENT by the way, but your business practices are not.

The facial was very painful, the products were extremely fragranced leading to irritation afterwards and the steam was not left on my face long enough to open my pores

I was satisfied for being a first time visit to hand and stone. I have been to other massage places before but I feel Hand & Stone met my needs.
