Massage wasn't consistently deep tissue, too much oil used so couldn't feel the massage as well. The headrest velcro kept coming undone so had to switch to a different table and that one kept falling off as well. I woudl like to try another therapist and then I'll decide on whether to continue membership. Waiting area could be a little more polished, doesn't feel like a true spa.

She took me in 10 minutes late and the appointment which was supposed to last an hour, was 30 minutes. It was very rushed. Didnt feel relaxed or good.

I live on the beach. Too far. Also your female therapists are not very good at all so i have to go to a male therapist which is not my preference. Also the facialist I tried last time did a poor job cleaning my face.she actually didn’t. Spent 2 services on her. All she wanted to do was push products on me. Very dissatisfied.

My massage was AMAZING like one of the best ever! Thais was so so good, everything perfect and on time. My facial was 15 minutes late and not good. While my mask set she just sat behind me in a chair, no nice rub like normal, I just unfortunately didn’t like the facial at all and won’t do it again there.

I wish you would offer 60 minutes massages even for a higher price

It’s very difficult to make an appointment. Also, my favorite therapist that I had been working with for Months had left. I had an appointment with her, and I called to see if there was an appointment for my mom and I was told that my therapist had left. This was the day before my massage. I never received a courtesy call from the spa to let me know that my massage the following day would NOT be with the therapist I booked it with. Also, I had asked for information about my therapist that left and they refused to give it to me. It’s a shame because she was incredible and really helped me with my pain, and now she leaves and I have no way of contacting her or anything.

the massage therapist is excellent but it is always less than 45 minutes from the time I am brought into the room and after she leaves to let me prepare she usually starts about 7 minutes after I enter and ends exactly at 10 minutes before the hour

My only complaint is the therapist was very pushy about becoming a member. She did not stop mentioning how much I needed it. It was very obvious she was just trying to sell memberships

I was satisfied. I just did not get told about other products.

Release form should have been presented by receptionist , not masseuse during massage.
