Hand and Stone

I love Hand and Stone, however, it is inconvenient to have to call every time I need to make an appointment. Having a mobile app or online appointment tracker would be helpful as I do not always have the time to call and schedule an appointment.

For the past few months, I've noticed there's a very powerful chemical smell coming from the sheets. It's so strong that when facing downing the sheets, it's difficult to breathe. I've mentioned it to the receptionist twice and although this last time the smell wasn't as strong, it was still very evident. It overpowers the aromatherapy and kills the relaxation to be honest. The cleaning company seems to be over doing it quite a bit.

The massage was excellent and the therapist very friendly and professional. The facial was okay but I found the esthetician a bit negative and sarcastic.

I don’t use the service that often to justify the cost.

My checkout person was initially nice, but there was an issue with the gifting of services and I was basically dismissed. I DID NOT appreciate that.

As stated, appointment timed had to be changed because receptionist made a mistake.

There should be a customer portal where I can update all of my personal information, including payment method, home location, and book appointments. The fact that there isn't is so inconvenient and frustrating.

I arrived right at my scheduled time. Therapist was not aware I was already there and u lost abt 5 minutes of service.

I was very satisfied. Addie is amazing and made me feel at home. The new button under massage table is a great idea. Thank you
