I know it's not easy but there are noise distractions that detract from the overall experience. People were on cell phones in the waiting area during a recent visit, for example. On another visit I could clearly hear conversations from the waiting area and hallway while I in my massage. It would be great if somehow you could find a way to make the experience quieter by finding better noise cancellation techniques.

Excellent staff and beautiful store

My last two massages were fair. The facial was good but a lot of time spent massaging my face. The services are 50 minutes at most, not 60.

I like the massages. I like hanging out with my wife. It is a good way to relax. The place is cleaner than most places.

I’ve noticed the last few times I’ve visited, I will be taken in 1-3 minutes after my apt time and my massage always ends 10 minutes prior to “the hour”. For example. My apt was at 10, I went in at 10:01, that’s fine. But to end at 10:50 when our membership says “1-hour massage” is kind of annoying… It hasn’t been just once. I know sheets need to be changed and what not but I’d the apt is an hour, I think we should all respect the “hour”

My appointment was at 9 am on Saturday. When I drove up and parked 5 minutes before my appointment, 5 employees were waiting outside because the manager hadn't arrived yet to open up. It just wasn't professional, and after a rushed start my appointment was still finished at the 50 minute mark on the dot.

I love my massage - Victoria is the reason why I’m still here BUT at the facial was terrible . She was rude and condescending. She pushed ( which I hate ) the upcharge for the micro dermabrasion I felt like if I didn’t do it than the “classi” was waste . you guys charge 70 for a classic facial no reason why I should feel sold into anything else. Unacceptable

My masseuse is excellent but she spent a lot of time fixing the sheets. Also, she covers half my leg. I want a massage for the full leg she basically did the outer part of the leg.

There was nothing that I experienced that was exceptional. Nothing wrong - but nothing extra satisfying. This, I chose satisfied versus highly satisfied. Thank you.

I am not sure what the situation was but I was charged for a full service when I asked to put the tip on my card. I realize this was a mistake and it was refunded the next day.
