i was satisfied with the therapist s massage however, he took 6 minutes to start and then stopped 11 minutes before the hour. other than that he was really good. the other issue is i can never find an appointment on the same day or even a couple of days before. when i call i am always put on hold for a long time before they pick up my call.

Needed a longer massage but there was no introductory rate for the 2 hour.

The person who worked on me did not speak a lot of English which I don't care about but between the mask, and her low level of voice, I could hardly understand what she was saying to me. I also hate the 50 minute massage. I would like 60 minutes

Thought I was using my March and April service and agreed to an upgraded facial for $80 extra thinking I would only have to pay $10 extra plus tip. Didn’t realize my April service wasn’t valid yet.

I had booked an 80 minute massage with two add-ons - cold stone face massage and aromatherapy. I suspect my therapist was not made aware, so neither of those add-ons was performed. Let me clearly say that my therapist David is exceptional and the reason I have maintained my membership over the years and in spite of the pandemic - this was just a glitch in the system.

She needed to use more cream . I like when their hands slide easily

Overall happy with my main therapist David - Amazing from start to finish. The others... they should always wash their hands before starting a client service. Ask if the client wants the bed hot or not.

I've been with Hand and Stone for a long time. Unfortunately, the price has doubled.

Its ok. Nothing outstanding. For the price, the experience is good enough but nothing out of this world. The coconut water does not taste like coconut and you dont hand out warm towels or anything prior which would be nice. Its just a simple and straightforward experience.
