I was satisfied, just not as highly as when I go to Maria or Lourdemi

the check out receptionist didnt understand my questions and i got flustered so i left. my facial appt started 25 minutes late but did not account for that in finishing - instead of my 50 minutes, i only received approximately 35 because she obviously was late and while i had to wait 20 minutes to even get into the room, the person behind me did not have to wait

All was good..

The session was about 50 minutes even though I had add on services. Shouldn’t I have more time if I’m purchasing more services? Or are they shortening the main service to accommodate the add ons? This is the only reason I’m not satisfied. The add ons we’re not cheap.

If the price of the membership is the same of public price what is the interest of having a membership. Last month when I came for my service the staff took me a gift card but also charge me for the same service. Problem fix but I m glad I saw on my account. Also you increased my membership with no notice.

The therapist was excellent but I had to argue with the receptionist about not getting charged for a service I missed. Considering I never miss & my many years of weekly services the client should be taken into consideration not the rules of corporate. I was able to work it out with the therapist at the end.

Increase in price has been an adjustment. Also I prefer more pressure and it is difficult to find therapists that use firm pressure consistently.

The avoidable mishaps were not my fault. Unwavering adherence to policy placed me at a $45 disadvantage to cover H & S mistakes. 1 of the 2 checkout receptionists voluntarily and admittedly stated that the appointment making receptionist was new and still learning. Ultimately, I was shortchanged 1/2 session and paid for the other half.

Always a nice experience. My massage was way too deep and intense and today I have bruises!!! Will joy return with that therapist again.
