Hand and Stone

I felt like Alex was definitely rushing the appt in a sense. She was a little rough on the face and wore gloves the entire time so having that constantly on your face really didn’t feel nice at all. When it was time to extract she only extracted like 2 blackheads and didn’t even touch my nose area which is the worst. She was nice but just not my favorite. Yasmin and Kyle where amazing I just hope to find someone the same or better. They both gave me massages on my shoulders while my mask was setting but Alex just stayed there and did nothing for like 10 minutes to the point where I think I fell asleep for real.

I paid for an hour and a half massage with a hand and foot treatment and the massage was cut short. I left feeling relaxed but unsatisfied as I expected more from the additional treatments. It was more of rubbing my feet/hands and putting hot towels on them, than an actual massage.

I usually have the same therapist, but she was not available. The receptionist told me this one was terrific. I've had hundreds of massages in the past and this one was not one of the best. It just didn't flow well, my sore areas we discussed were not truly addressed. She also spoke too softly, and seemed very timid.

It was fine - just not on time - hopefully they honored the 50 mins even when runinng late.

I really like the physical area and the friendliness of the staff. The massage was very relaxing. The only thing I don't like is the 50 vs. 60 minute massage.

The time spent on the area that I wanted more focus on was not enough. It also was not worth spending $130 on a hot stone massage, when the stones were not used effectively. Additionally, the duration of the massage was 50 minutes vs. the 60 minutes that is advertised. I used to be a member a few years ago and these are the same reasons why I cancelled my membership.

I had a therapist that didn’t speck English she skipped some areas, did not Crack my back! My shoulders are very sore today can’t even wear a bra today! I hope my next visit be better then this one thanks

Since I’ve been a member you have changed therapists and esthetician’s very frequently. Now you have raised your prices again and last appt. I needed a full facial with extractions but she did a micro dermabrasio. Which has an additional cost. So I used my service for a facial but didn’t get one. This cemented my decision to discontinue my membership.

I would have liked the therapist to spend more time on areas where there were knots in my back; I would like the massage oil to have a scent without extra cost. I would like an easier way to book an appointment like an app rather than calling. Finally, the increase in costs makes the value of the service not worth it.
