I felt like the massage therapist was new, and she was overly concerned with how she was doing and kept asking me if the massage was ok so as I was starting to relax she would interrupt me. I also felt the pressure she applied was not consistent throughout the massage (great at the beginning and too light at the end)

As I waited fir my massage in the reception area, one of the receptionists was gossiping loudly talking about issues with her boyfriend's child and using expletives- this was annoying as I was trying to relax before my treatment.

A few months ago i received a 35 minute facial. I wanted to tip less because of this but then got called out by the receptionist.

I don't appreciate that the esthetician is always trying to sell more services than the one requested. She's good but comes across very money hungry. She is the only staff member that is always trying to sell an upgrade, more services in a pushy way. She's a good esthetician but I don't appreciate the hard sell while she's giving me a facial.

Wish the forms you wanted completed had been e mailed - the time in the reception area is (for client) adjustment not business time

I expected a more spa like, relaxing experience. It was not a bad experience for me, it was just not great.

The girls at the front desk were loud, chatty and gossipy with each other which has no place in a spa environment. A spa is meant to be relaxing, soothing and quiet before and after a massage has been received.

Overall my experience was amazing; however, during the booking time, the receptionist was very unhelpful and even rude. She was not willing to answer my questions and was so dismissive.

Body massage did not cover complete massage. Paid fir additional hands and feet massage w/hit towels. Arms and hands never touched/not impressed by foot massage, really wasn’t one

Even though I tell the massage therapist soft to medium pressure, they still apply too much pressure
