Not type of massage I like...Used to another masseuse style

There is no clear menu of services offered. I had a facial and wanted to know prior to the visit what my options were. Thai was explained to me once I was already laying down for the facial itself.

I did not like the 2nd question in the intake following up asking if u was feeling anything from the Vaccine. I wrote I didn’t not take a vaccine, so I should not have to answer the follow up question. I was upset about how it was worded. I also think that is a private question and should not be inquired. Perhaps, the form can be a little less intrusive. It’s a very delicate subject.

Lots of noise going from the building, not ME infault

I felt that the person taking my appointment on the call was slightly rude but other than that , the services , receptionist, and esthetician were great .

The front desk personnel was rude and not accommodating

It doesn't anyways feel relaxing like a spa due to the constant upselling. It feels like I'm getting a facial in the middle of Time Square. $90 add ons and product referrals are exhausting and I wonder if HASS is going out of business because of the pushiness of extra purchases. Also cleaning out the steamer of mold would be helpful. The actual work of the esthetician is stellar and she's very friendly.

I think overall it rates highly satisfied. I guess maybe there are different procedures in place because of Covid but maybe they can offer a drink while you wait. I don't remember seeing at least a self serve station like water with lemon etc. I could have missed it. Over all for the price it really rates highly satisfied. Keeping the price between 50 to 60 helps to get more consistent appointments. The staff was very welcoming and nice.

Issue with my record...needed to correct my phone number again, took the receptionists some time to find my records.
