The front desk woman was rude to male coworker, she did not answer my question about transferring one of my services to my friend and decided for me on how to process my friend’s facial. It was my decision not hers.

My massage started late and was cut about 5 mins.

The reception area is extremely loud; people talk in outdoor voices when they should be talking softly. You can hear conversations even from the reception area even when you are getting your massage. Also, the loudness eliminates the relaxing ambience you’re supposed to feel. This is something that bothers me every time I go. as far as the music, changing it up to more meditative music would be helpful once in a while and it tends to be very loud in the rooms, probably as an attempt at covering the noise made from reception.

I initially signed up for membership at the kendall location but never went there again. Everytime I show up for my appointment it’s an issue because I didn’t sign up at this location. I have to show my bank statement to prove that I’ve been charged monthly for masssages and I’m told my card is not on file. It’s just annoying and ruins the vibe of my massage everytime.

Felt like they went thru the motion to say what they had to- not cause they were genuinely interested. Also a response "No problem" isn't professional way to answer back- of course it's not a problem. They didn't try to rebook a follow up appt. For me. Also there is a gal in front named Amy that comes across confrontational as oppose to helpful. I will have a conversation or book an appt.with her again

Therapist didn’t speak the language. Didn’t understand my requests for massage. Staff came in with no mask and receptionist tried to cover her with her jacket for us not to see. Rushed out at the end for check out when people were coming out. The seats in waiting are are not sanitized between people coming in. Out of the rooms too much crowding no distancing From the therapists. Hand sanitizing bottles are not pump they are the wrong kind for “safety” everyone touches the bottle and squeezes it out. Did not see the door handles cleaned or sanitized at all. My therapist from before no longer works there.

It enjoyed my massage very much. I requested the use of the theragun which is have used during physical therapy and it was perhaps and bit too painful to actually relax. Not fault of the masseuse.

I thought the massage was 60 minutes but it ended at like 5 to 1, and with undressing I guess it was more like a 50 minute massage?

Session started 13min late. The receptionist was aware of the delay but nothing was offered to compensate.

The receptionist who checked me out was not friendly at all. She initially said that I had not services available and appeared slightly bothered when I told her that was not the case. She never once smiled and just had a negative attitude.
