When I scheduled my service I also scheduled a massage for my husband. I confirmed how many available massages I had and confirmed that I could transfer 2 of my services to my husband to cover his massage with 2 upgrades ( hot stone & foot massage) with a fee of $10.00 plus tip. At ck out after our massages they charged my husband $150 which we were not expecting bc they said he had already used other services I transferred within the past 12 mos. This was very alarming as we were told we would be able to transfer services as I had 9 accumulated.

I think the service was great for what it is. This is not a high end spa. For the price point the staff and service are wonderful.

I was completely satisfied. I have had better massages, but my therapist was good and I was pleased.

There is only one thing I wasn’t satisfied with during the massage I purchased the peprmint scalp as an add on and actually time was taken off my one hour massage to complete the extra add on I purchased when I thought it was something that since it was extra and added was going to be a little longer not actually taken from my already one hour purchased, that I was really not happy with even tho I did not mention anything it something I won’t purchase again just because of the way it was actually handled

I was satisfied, my only comments are that the therapist wasn’t very friendly, didn’t ask what pressure I liked, and in general, I believe that all therapists should be wearing a full face shield instead of a simple mask. Even my nail tech wears a shield in addition to being behind a plexi glass. Didn’t feel completely safe with the person so close to my face only wearing a mask.

The room was a little too cold.

Initially I had booked Alina for my massage, but she didn't turn up on time. So the receptionist find me another one - Alejandro, who is available on that scheduled time and he is really good in deep tissue massage.

We were 4 in our party all arrived for same appt time yet taken in within 5 minutes of each other and finished within 5-15 minutes apart. They take you in late (arrived eArly) and finish before your 50 mins

Nelly, my esthetician was AMAZING! I highly recommend her. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and really treated me with care.
